Room is relatively newly renovated hence the extra star. Some broken stuff, table is so wobbly we can't put drinks on it. The apartment was not clean when we moved in. We found live cockroaches in the fridge. Issues with internet / chromecast, it's been 20 days since we created a ticket followed up with mutiple emails and phonecalls but no help. The common dryer is not working, after two cycles the items are still wet and needs to be hanged in the tiny apartment.

The WORSE service imaginable! They do as they please and have no consideration for the tenant whatsoever! Today I was woken up in my room by a service man who broke into the apartment to paint the windows!!! The agency not only DID NOT inform us that there would be refurbishment going on during our stay, but sent the man to the apartment without my knowledge and while I was asleep! The door was not only locked but with an internal chain reinforcing it, which was violated by the man. Absolutely outrageous! On top of that, we rented an apartment with a double bed, and instead we have two single beds. The internet is unreliable and there is no washing machine in the apartment. I do not recommend it!

1. did not report parking. I had to pay next to the office. 2. The balcony door broke three times. 3. instead of a double bed there were 2 mattresses 4. for a dog York Terrier surcharge of 400 euros! 5. during the eviction did not return the forgotten things.

Thanks to the client service, in particular to Alexander. The answers were always fast, that's been very helpful to us.

Best for long term accommodation. Nicely furnished. Spacious and located in the heart of the city.

Think twice before, cheaper is to take 4 star hotel
